My Approach

Providing unparalleled service with curated strategies that make your experience enjoyable

With cities oversaturated by glossy architecture, the pendulum is poised to swing to something more human. Artisanal architecture might just provide the momentum. Luxury doesn’t have to be a $30+ million glass box in the sky above Manhattan. It also can be a cozy wood-burning fireplace or a view of a garden beyond a bedroom window.

Upper West Side

Two famous parks are part of the Upper West Side - Central Park and Riverside Park. Longtime restaurants like Sarabeth's, Shun Lee West and Gray's Papaya (a rite-of-passage for locals) share space with newer additions. Shoppers can browse the aisles at long-established mom & pop stores such as Town Shop (opened in 1888), Mondel Chocolates (1943), Harry's Shoes and Zabar's (they've both been around since the 1930s).

Lenox Hill

A true shopping or window-shopping destination, residents can check out any one of the fabulously well-known shops or art galleries along Madison Avenue or stop in at any one of the world-class museums that line this portion of Fifth Avenue such as the Frick Collection, the Whitney Museum or the Asia Society.

Named for the famous triangle-shaped Flatiron Building at 175 Fifth Ave. Most consider Flatiron to be loosely bordered by 20th Street and Union Square, Sixth or Seventh Avenues to the west - and Lexington Avenue or Irving Place to the east.

A neighborhood from cavernous cast-iron warehouses used for textile manufacturing along its historic cobblestone streets, buyers easily find light-filled, loft-like layouts. Morphing into a mostly residential neighborhood in the 1970s.

Almost Spring/ and the tale of Mr. Margeaux

Dear Friends,

The whiff of spring is in the air, I caught the first bloom of forsythia in the Park and it took my breath away… these yellow buds on shrubs lovingly planted in our city’s parks are the harbinger of spring and make me smile. Join me for a walk in the park to take it in.
